Today I'll be writing about how to reduce your gambling addiction, I admit it's very difficult to admit that you've got a gambling addiction but admission really is the first step.

Set up deposit limits! Every casino will have deposit options available, Use them! Set yourself a monthly allowance that you can comfortably afford so you have every chance of still winning but you don't have the risk of loosing all you have. My Journey From Nothing To Winning!
